Your Monthly Dose of Creativity, Calm, and Connection

Sometimes life runs so fast that we forget to pause. The Pause began with a simple idea: to create little pockets of time where creativity, connection, and calm could return to our everyday lives. What started as a small ritual soon grew into a community.

The Pause is a subscription program designed to bring moments of creativity, connection, and calm into busy lives. Each month, members receive a curated Pause Letter with seasonal activities, thoughtful gifts, and ideas for self-care, designed to inspire joy, spark creativity, and create meaningful moments, alone or with a partner, friend, or family.

Beyond the subscription, The Pause offers seasonal retreats, workshops, and special events in handpicked locations. These experiences combine movement, mindfulness, art, and hands-on activities, giving participants the chance to slow down, recharge, and connect with a supportive community.

Whether from home with our kits or in person at a retreat, The Pause helps you step back from the demands of daily life, rediscover balance, and enjoy intentional, memorable moments of connection and self-care.

We create experiences that help you slow down, reconnect, and celebrate life’s little joys.
