Terms & Conditions

The Pause Subscription 

1. Subscription Period

The Pause offers monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription options. Subscriptions commence on the date of purchase and remain valid until the end of the period covered by the most recent payment. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current subscription period. No partial refunds will be provided.

2. Cancellation & Renewal Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period. Customers may, however, cancel automatic renewal at any time to prevent further charges. Once cancelled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Discounts & Vouchers

Any discounts or vouchers are valid only during the month in which they are issued, unless otherwise stated. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions.

4. Partner Discounts

Discounts or benefits provided by partners are available only while the subscription is active. Access to such discounts will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period.

5. Changes to Terms

The Pause reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes in advance. Continued use of the subscription following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Pause Retreats and Events

1. Suitability for Beginners

This retreat is designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates, art, or both, all sessions are beginner-friendly and guided with care.

​

2. Solo Travellers Welcome

You're more than welcome to come alone! Many guests attend solo, and we foster a supportive, community-centered atmosphere so everyone feels connected and comfortable from the start.

​

3. Wi-Fi & Digital Detox

Wi-Fi is available, but we encourage you to disconnect and be fully present. Use this time to unwind, recharge, and connect with yourself and others—away from the usual distractions.

4. Bathroom Facilities

Bathroom facilities vary depending on the retreat or event location. Some accommodations may provide shared bathrooms, while others may offer private or ensuite options. Please check the specific retreat or event details before booking to confirm the type of bathroom facilities available

​

5. Pets & Children

This retreat is for adult women only. We are unable to accommodate pets or children at this time. Thank you for understanding.

6. Cancelation & Transfer Policy

Due to limited capacity of this retreat, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
We are unable to accommodate cancellations or date changes under any circumstances. 
However, you may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in writing before the retreat start date with the full name and contact information of the person taking your place.

7. Food & Allergies

We strive to provide delicious and nourishing meals throughout the retreat.
If you have any allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements, you must inform us in writing at least 7 days before the retreat begins.
While we do our best to accommodate reasonable dietary needs, failure to communicate allergies or restrictions in advance means we cannot guarantee suitable meals and you accept full responsibility for any issues that may arise as a result.

8. Travel Insurance 

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including illness, travel disruptions, or emergencies.
